I’m looking for the British husband and wife with the superior vintage clothing collection who contacted me a couple years ago when I posted a photo of these incredible 1940s hillbilly-themed novelty-print side-button denim pants. They wanted to buy them from me, and at the time I didn’t want to sell. Now I’m ready to sell (I haven’t made a post about this yet, but as of January 1 my health insurance is going from $486 per month to $1120 per month, so I will be slowly selling off my life’s collection to pay for my health care. Fun. I love this new administration.)
These are unworn NOS 1940s novelty print side-button denim pants (jeans?) with an absolutely incredible (and unwashed/unfaded) hillbilly theme print. Looking at these pants gives me more inner peace than Siddhartha experienced when he tracked down Buddha. But it’s time to sell them. Just as Siddhartha got rid of all his earthly possessions in the Hermann Hesse novel, so shall I, slowly but surely. And these jeans just don’t quite fit me… so…
The UK folks must know this husband and wife I’m talking about; they are well known in the scene and are always dressed impeccably.
