Deke and the Whippersnappers 7-inch

Jon Spencer with Deke!

Jon Spencer came to Deke’s recording studio a few months ago and recorded a few songs. He also asked Deke to join in and play guitar on these recordings. This single has two sides, both titled “Come On.” The A-side is a Stooges-meet-MC5 political anthem, and the B-side is a remake of Wynn Stewart’s 1950’s rockabilly song also called “Come On.” The single comes on black vinyl in a plain white paper sleeve—perfect for jukeboxes!
